Simply call our normal business number (02) 9438 5805 at any time to obtain a complete listing of our preferred and qualified emergency trades and service providers. Select the appropriate number and call the trade or service provider. Our contractors are experienced in dealing with emergencies and guarantee to provide after hours emergency service to all our schemes.

• References available We are willing to provide references from Committee Members of similar style buildings to your own.

• Customer service charter We have developed a unique customer service charter in response to feedback from our clients and the industry on how they wish to be serviced. The Charter details our agreed service levels such as responsiveness to enquiries, trades coordination, commitment to protecting your privacy and other service deliverables.
