To fulfil our determination to embrace new technologies, we’re proud to announce that The Strata Agency is one of the first strata management company in Sydney to adopt a revolutionary electronic document management system entitled fileSMART. Produced by property software specialists Rockend, this new system enables easy scanning, electronic filing and fast search, retrieval of documents and most importantly has the ability to integrate seamlessly with existing strata computer programs.

The strata management industry is paper-intensive, which inevitably leads to considerable costs in processing and storing paperwork. fileSMART will create enormous cost efficiencies which will be passed directly back to our clients.
It our intention to store all strata documents electronically for instant, at-our-fingers access from both within our offices and remotely through our secure external network. All documents will be stored in complete safety behind encryption and backed-up daily, offering fool proof disaster recovery in the event of flood or fire.
