The Strata Agency appoints a General Manager

The Strata Agency is thrilled to announce that property-expert Rod Smith is joining the team as General Manager. In this pivotal position, Rod will manage a small portfolio of selected properties so that he can focus on compliance matters, team training and development.

Rod is a licensed strata and community manager with extensive experience in managing prestigious residential, commercial and retail developments throughout Sydney, specialising in the management of complex strata schemes, community associations and building management committees. Prior to pursuing a career in multi-owner property, Rod worked for a Big 4 accounting firm focusing on taxation and financial services. Rod has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting / Finance) from UNSW.
