The Strata Agency Opens Second Office in Manly

In 2007 The Strata Agency was founded by Rachael Kwawegen to offer a fresh, vibrant approach to strata management with the intention of consistently delivering superior customer service to owner’s corporation and strata scheme members on properties throughout the North Shore, the Eastern Suburbs and greater Sydney.

Due to an unprecedented demand for informed, localised strata services, The Strata Agency is proud to announce the opening of a second office in Raglan Street, Manly to more effectively assist the strata needs of clients based on the Northern Beaches. The office will be staffed by Strata Managers who understand the area and look forward to sharing their experience and unique property insight for the benefit of discerning owner’s corporations.

All current and new clients based on the Northern Beaches will enjoy our great services and benefits. These include the online services where strata members can manage the operations of their strata properties, pay levies and download relevant forms. Our strict service level agreements for trade and service providers remains in place and all documents and records will be stored electronically for safety and security. After hours emergency support is on hand and clients are welcome to take advantage of our exclusive partnership agreements.

Our Manly office will service strata title management schemes located right along the coast from Manly, through to Curl Curl and Dee Why, Balgowlah or Brookvale, up to Narrabeen and onto Mona Vale, Avalon and Palm Beach.
