The Strata Agency: Launch of Online Services

The Strata Agency is committed to employing innovative solutions that streamline our client’s strata experience. It is for this reason that Managing Director, Rachael Kwawegen is pleased to announce The Strata Agency’s website, www.thestrataagency.com.au, now features interactive components enabling clients to manage their affairs efficiently and effectively.

Accessed via the ‘online services’ tab, the Online Services page of the website contains three self-service icons: client login, pay your levy and client forms. “These additions enable The Strata Agency to focus on maximising the value of our clients' properties. It also promotes a harmonious and professionally-managed environment for owners, occupiers and other stakeholders,” said Rachael.

Client Login

Licensed from Australian IT strata specialists, Rock End, the web-based software, My Strata Plan enables individuals to efficiently manage the operations of their strata properties: streamlining their administrative and statutory duties. Once logged in via the ‘client login’ icon, The Strata Agency clients can access a range of different reports pertinent to their property. They can also clarify and update their contact details and provide differing levels of restricted access to Executive Committee Members and Owners.

Pay Your Levy

By clicking the ‘pay your levy’ icon, clients are redirected to Macquarie Bank’s secure payment portal, DEFT Payment Systems. This site enables clients to pay their levies at a convenient time to them wherever they have an internet connection: simple, easy and secure.

Client Forms

Common forms applicable to strata living and The Strata Agency can now be downloaded via the ‘client forms’ icon. There are currently four forms on the page: Proxy Form for a General Meeting, Proxy Form for an Executive Committee Meeting, Owner Update Form and Work Request Form. All forms are in word document format, so our clients can type in the details to email, fax or print.
