The Strata Agency acquires clients of SK Strata

The Strata Agency is proud to announce that we’ve acquired the clients of SK Strata, a boutique firm that has serviced the Northern Suburbs for over 20 years.

SK Strata Principals, Hans and Susan are retiring after many years in the strata business and were determined to pass their clients onto a firm that upheld similar values of superior customer service to look after their clients into the future.

We’re thrilled that Hans and Susan selected The Strata Agency. I believe they were impressed by our dedication to service, our experience of managing similar properties and our knowledge of strata living.

Taking on the clients of another firm is always a big step. However, at The Strata Agency, we were very impressed by the striking similarities between the two organisations. Both companies have significant experience in strata management focusing attention on properties throughout the Northern Suburbs, North Shore and greater Sydney. Both companies are committed to informed customer service, ensuring the needs of the clients are handled efficiently and effectively.
