Trade and Service Providers News Alert

As strata managers, we understand that finding a tradesperson you can trust to carry out quality work at a cost effective rate can be difficult and time-consuming. That’s why, at The Strata Agency, we’ve created our own special database of quality trades people and service providers.

To ensure that our clients experience the highest possible standard when dealing with suppliers, we’ve collected signed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). In doing so, our contractors are agreeing to an unparalleled level of service. The Strata Agency will monitor and enforce the SLA - contractors that do not comply will be struck off. The SLA itself provides stringent controls that contractors must follow, such as punctuality, confirm appointment time in advance, be neat in appearance, ensure that they maintain insurance obligations and registrations and guarantee their quality of workmanship.

Managing Director Rachael Kwawegen said, “At The Strata Agency, we’re continually looking for ways to improve our service delivery to our clients in order to achieve our vision to provide superior strata management services.”

“Given the nature of our business, our service delivery is often judged based on the performance of the tradesman and service providers we engage. When our trade and service providers exceed our expectations, then we look favorably in the eyes of our clients. “
