Strata Trade and Service Providers

As strata managers, it’s part of our job to source maintenance work for our client’s properties. We understand that finding a tradesperson that you can trust to carry out quality work at a cost effective rate can be difficult and time-consuming. That’s why, at The Strata Agency, we’ve created our own special database of quality trades people and service providers.

To ensure that our clients experience the highest possible standard when dealing with suppliers, we’ve collected signed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) from quality trade and service providers. In doing so, our contractors are agreeing to an unparalleled level of service.

“Given the nature of our business, our service delivery is often judged based on the performance of the tradesman and service providers we engage. When our trade and service providers exceed our expectations, then we look favorably in the eyes of our clients.“

The Strata Agency has therefore created a list of Trade and Service Providers that we believe will provide the best service to our clients and are also subject to a strict SLA to further enhance the service delivery to our clients. The Strata Agency will monitor and enforce the SLA - contractors that do not comply will be struck off.

The SLA itself provides stringent controls that contractors must follow, such as punctuality, confirm appointment time in advance, be neat in appearance, ensure that they maintain insurances and registrations and guarantee their quality of workmanship.

Our preferred supplier database includes plumbers, painters, electricians, fire safety maintenance, lawyers and carpenters. Essentially, we’ve included any tradesperson or service provider involved with the property industry. But we’ve been highly selective with our database and only keep the details of three providers for each discipline. This way our clients can be assured of quality workmanship and superior service.
